2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 1988ric services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in any territory or country where access to online betting platforms is prohibited by local law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously suspended or banned from using the 1988ric platform.
• Register under your own name only — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

1988ric reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited without compensation.

3User Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1988ric platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, a different phone number, a different email, or the same IP address — are strictly prohibited.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether or not you have authorized it.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4Deposits & Payments

1988ric supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes depending on the selected payment method.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• 1988ric does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards that are not in your name.
• Any attempt to make payments using false information or stolen payment methods may result in account suspension and a report to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals at 1988ric are processed quickly — typically within 15 to 60 minutes after the request is approved by our finance team. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to availability.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification — a copy of your ID and proof of address.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully satisfied.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional processing time for compliance reasons.

• Game results are final once a round ends and cannot be disputed on the basis of claimed bad luck or player error.
• Any technical disruption during an active game session will be resolved based on valid system records. Incomplete game rounds will be voided and bets returned.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and your VIP membership status.

8Player Responsibility

10Account Suspension & Closure

1988ric reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or use of unauthorized payment methods.
• Misuse of the bonus system or collaboration with other players to exploit the platform.
• Use of unauthorized software or techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
• Self-exclusion requests initiated at the player's own discretion.

If your account is suspended for security or investigation purposes, your balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the suspension results from a terms violation, 1988ric reserves the right to forfeit all balances without compensation.

11Limitation of Liability

1988ric provides the betting platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. We shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from your wagering activity.
• Technical interruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

The maximum liability of 1988ric to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the last deposit made by that user.
